Module 1. Individual Setting

Module 1 of 2 modules course on Practical Applications of Tarot Cards and Images in Clinical Setting demonstrates how to work with images using Tarot cards in both clinical and non-clinical individual settings. The Tarot is a visually symbolic deck of cards, representing the full cycle of a personal growth journey starting with the card known as The Fool through 21 additional “scenes” to the final card of the Major Arcana, which is known as The World card. Students may purchase one module individually or the whole course including 2 modules with a bundle discount. For: psychodramatists, psychologists, mental health professionals, therapists, social workers, and people who are interested in personal development and curious to start their action self-exploration journey with the Tarot deck.

Participants will be able:
  • To use images in a clinical and non-clinical individual setting;
  • Get a sense of when it is appropriate to use Tarot deck and when different ones;
  • Make the decisions on what images can be used in a particular clinical or personal growth case;
  • To learn the basic meanings of Tarot cards and utilize if clinically appropriate;
  • To find the card meaning for the Self;
  • Direct individual psychodramatic Tarot sessions, using embodying the card, doubling, and role reversal.
